The Spare Parts & Commercial Delivery Manager manages the availability, movement, and commercial performance of Midea spare parts across the customer and service network. The role ensures that parts are forecast, sourced, stocked, priced, and delivered efficiently to support after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.
The manager oversees the end-to-end spare-parts operation, including demand planning, inventory control, supplier coordination, warehousing, order fulfilment, distribution, and performance reporting. They work closely with sales, customer service, technical teams, finance, logistics providers, and Midea’s regional and global supply-chain teams.

Key areas of accountability include maintaining appropriate stock levels, reducing backorders and obsolete and aged inventory, improving delivery lead times, and ensuring strong order fulfilment. The role also manages the commercial aspects of the parts business, including pricing, margins, sales forecasts, budgeting, and cost control.
