Spared Process Controller
We are recruiting for a Spared Process Controller for a permanent role based in Severn Beach, Bristol. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end spares order fulfilment process, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Working closely with Commercial, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, the role focuses on managing order priorities, driving process improvements, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Spares Controller
- Coordinate the delivery of the spare parts process in a matrix structure across key departments from order entry through to dispatch.
- Organise daily workload for pick, pack, and dispatch through the daily orderbook review with the commercial and planning representatives.
- Review orders received on a daily basis relating to quotation, requested and promise date information and stock position.
- Where required, assist the Planning team with work order activities to ensure timely purchasing of required parts via MRP.
- Adapt to fit the needs of the customer and react at pace to critical orders requiring same day dispatch.
- Collaborate with departments across the matrix structure for process improvements that meets and exceeds customer requirements.
- Collect data for, and collate, daily KPI’s that clearly demonstrate process performance. Maintain daily records of exceptions to drive continuous improvement and for Management reporting.
- Where required, assist the Planning team with work ordering activities to ensure timely fulfilment of Spares Orders.

Education / Qualifications
- Trained on effective use of running ERP systems essential.
- Trained on Kardex systems preferred.
- Previous exposure to order fulfilment operations preferred.
Professional Skills/Abilities
- Effective communicator capable of influencing others to deliver for the customer.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Computer literacy and capable of interpreting and presenting data.
