A well-established and innovative manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Spares Process Controller to join its growing team in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, working across multiple departments, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the spare parts fulfilment process, helping to ensure orders are processed efficiently, delivered on time, and completed to a high standard. Working closely with commercial, planning, operations, and supply chain teams, they will play a key role in prioritising orders, improving processes, and supporting customer satisfaction.

Key requirements:
- Experience using ERP systems
- Previous experience within order fulfilment, planning, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment
- Strong organisational and workload planning skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work across different teams
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and reporting
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective when managing urgent priorities and tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to identify process improvements
- Experience with Kardex systems would be advantageous
