Join us as a Sales Advisor in our Spares Department, where your efforts will directly contribute to our growth in market share, turnover, and profitability. You’ll provide accurate, timely quotations and build strong relationships with Customers, Agents, and Distributors. Your goal will be to exceed expectations, ensuring Cathelco’s reputation for excellence continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations for a wide range of products, ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.
  • Convert quotes into orders through confident negotiation and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accuracy in SAP and CRM systems and assist with order processing as required.
  • Respond to quotation requests promptly, with an average turnaround of 24 hours.
  • Monitor performance metrics like hit rates and gross margins, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and seize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share leads, insights, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, recommending actions to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, delivering complete, accurate orders for smooth processing.
