About the Role:

  • Manage customer accounts from order processing to delivery.
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate with Operations, Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide reports and analysis on account status.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales and opportunities.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Able to work with a busy team and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
