About the Role:
- Manage customer accounts from order processing to delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with Operations, Finance and Procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide reports and analysis on account status.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales and opportunities.

Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in customer service, negotiating, and problem-solving.
- Good at planning and prioritising tasks.
- An educational background that supports your skills and experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods.
- Able to work with a busy team and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
