Are you community-focused, resilient and passionate about making a difference? We are seeking Volunteer Special Constables to join Nottinghamshire Police and help keep our communities safe.

As a Special Constable, you'll have the same powers as a regular police officer, working alongside officers and staff to prevent crime, protect vulnerable people and support local communities. This is a unique opportunity to volunteer in a rewarding role while gaining valuable skills, experience and training.

๐Ÿš€ What you'll do

  • Patrol communities and provide a visible policing presence.
  • Respond to incidents and support frontline policing operations.
  • Engage with local residents, businesses and partner organisations.
  • Help prevent crime, anti-social behaviour and community harm.
  • Gather information, support investigations and assist with evidence gathering.
  • Work alongside regular officers to protect vulnerable people and keep communities safe.
  • Represent Nottinghamshire Police professionally while delivering outstanding public service.
