❤️ About the Role
Responsible to: Head Teacher
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teacher to provide high-quality lessons and learning opportunities to our students in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of the teaching of all curriculum subjects and take account of wider developments
- Plan lessons and activities and sequences of lessons to meet student learning needs
- Provide detailed reports for parents and others as required
- To lead and manage a team of Teaching Assistants effectively
- Take full responsibility for classes as required by senior staff
- Set challenging but achievable goals for students through their Individual education Plans using details baseline information as established through thorough assessments.
👤 Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience working with children and supporting learning
- Knowledge of Curriculum Frameworks for school aged children
- Experience of liaising with parents and external agencies and facilitating their active involvement with the student
- Knowledge of developments for young people with ASC/and or Learning Disabilities

Education
Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience
- working with SEN pupils: 1 year (preferred)
- SEN Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location
In person
Candidates must be aged 21 or over.
