Teacher (Specialist SEND Provision) | Contract Role
Linq Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist education provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Teacher for a contract position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated classroom practitioner with experience supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, and additional complex needs. You'll deliver a personalised primary curriculum, helping students achieve aspirational academic, social and emotional outcomes in a supportive specialist setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external agencies
- Promote positive behaviour and high standards of teaching and learning
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with SEND, Autism and/or complex needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive, resilient and child-centred approach
