SEND Delivery Lead
Help shape high-quality support and build better outcomes for local children, young people and families.
As our SEND Delivery Lead, you’ll play a central role in driving operational performance across our Special Educational Needs services in Kensington and Chelsea. It’s an opportunity to lead dedicated teams, raise standards and make a direct, lasting difference to the lives of young people and their families.
Working Style
You’ll be based in the Borough for three days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you’re working on-site or from home, you’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering high-quality services that make a real impact.
Please note that this is a fixed term contract until July 2027.
What you’ll be doing
Your focus will be overseeing the day-to-day operations across our Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Educational Psychology services, ensuring our statutory responsibilities are met consistently and to a high standard. You’ll manage and support a multi-disciplinary team of business, finance and data staff—fostering a culture built on continuous learning, clear accountability and personal development.
A big part of your role will involve using service performance data, termly audits and key trends to spot opportunities for process improvement and maintain compliance. You’ll coordinate service-wide induction and training programmes, while acting as a reliable first point of contact for complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Subject Access Requests (SARs) to ensure transparent, prompt responses.
You’ll also oversee operational financial processes, monitor tuition provision and help manage High Needs Funding developments. Working collaboratively across matrix management structures, you’ll help adapt our systems to national SEND reforms, ensuring our schools and residents receive robust, dependable support.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
