What We Expect From You…
- Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Find local family-friendly events, festivals, and outreach opportunities where we can connect with new families.
- Attend community events as a Little Gym ambassador- engaging families, generating leads, and creating excitement about The Little Gym.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience. We treat our customers like family!
- You must be over 18 for this role.
You’d fit in here if…
- You love kids, high 5’s, and having fun! A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or cheer is a plus.
- You’re outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- You’re a self-starter who can seek out opportunities and get things done.
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
- You bring positive energy but know when it’s time to buckle down and work.

Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
