Job Summary
This role supports Special Operations Forces personnel at Mildenhall through the design, delivery, evaluation, and documentation of strength and conditioning programmes. The post holder is expected to:
- Establish effective physical training protocols
- Support safe return to training following injury
- Coordinate with human performance staff
- Provide exercise instruction and guidance
- Contribute to standard operating procedures
- Maintain records
- Support education activity
- Use relevant software and technologies as required by the programme
The role requires:
- A bachelor’s degree in an exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline
- Current CSCS or SCCC certification
- At least five years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status with DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain it
