Job Description
You will act as a "rolling activation" force, taking early-stage intuitions and driving them from concept to actionable reality. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll open doors, secure venues, and bridge the gap between "we should" and "it works" across diverse sectors including media, science, and events.

What You Will Do
- Lead the "experimentation-to-validation" stretch for new products, converting raw ideas into actionable plans with clear delivery paths.
- Manage high-level stakeholder engagement, reaching out to investors, landlords, and partners to secure dates, venues, and crucial project commitments.
- Utilize AI tools as a daily force multiplier to research, draft, and coordinate complex schedules across multiple fast-moving workstreams.
The ideal candidate
- A relentlessly organized operator with a bias for action who defaults to "handled" and excels at closing loops without supervision.
- An AI-native professional with a sharp eye for aesthetics and the ability to switch contexts between property, media, and science.
