Eaton Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the largest restructuring investment banks. This global leading bank advises their clients around the world on strategic and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising.
The Position
You will be based in London within their financial restructuring advisory team. This role will focus on advising clients involved in distressed businesses or those undergoing bankruptcy and reorganisation, where you will contribute significantly to addressing complex financial issues and developing strategic solutions for restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex negotiations on behalf of clients in distressed situations.
- Perform valuations of clients and target businesses.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes.
- Write detailed reports to analyse financial situations, both current and projected.
- Establish financing solutions to meet the needs of all involved parties.
- Stay updated on market developments and transactions in the restructuring space.
- Assist with raising debt and equity financing for clients.
- Prepare and create client presentations and meeting materials.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Financial Expertise.
- Exceptional Analytical skills.
- Experience in Distressed Business Handling & Corporate Restructuring, whether within a Big Four firm or a bank.
- High-Level Negotiation Skills.
- Outstanding academic record.
