Job Opportunity: MSK and Personalised Care Roles

We are seeking staff, with a passion for MSK and personalised care, to join our teams across West Sussex, from Chichester to East Grinstead, and North in Crawley and Horsham. There are a range of full and part time, permanent and fixed term roles available, across our service, to support us move forwards creatively in the delivery of care.

Role Overview

You will deliver assessment, treatment and rehabilitative support, to patients in outpatient and community spaces, inclusive of community appointment days in collaboration with voluntary, community and social enterprise providers.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the rehabilitation and wider service team, supervising and teaching colleagues and students, and contributing to service development, audit, CPD and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Formulate an individualised management and/or treatment plan, using clinical reasoning skills and utilising a wide range of treatment skills.
• Evaluate patient progress, reassess and alter treatment programmes as required.
• Maintain own professional development through reflective practice, attendance of in-service training, appropriate postgraduate courses, keeping up to date with new evidence and effective ways of working, assessing and treating patients and changing practice as appropriate.
• Identify objectives for personal development through the Trust’s Individual Performance Review Programme (IPR).
• Participate in clinical supervision following the department’s guidelines for clinical supervision.
• Occasionally present at in-service training programmes, staff meetings, training sessions/courses (internal and external).
