Specialist Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Dispatcher - Remote, UK
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Specialist Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Dispatcher based in the United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote opportunity to support logistics operations through specialized Blue Yonder Dispatcher expertise.
You’ll combine technical configuration knowledge with a strong understanding of 3PL processes and operational requirements. The role involves supporting implementations, development programs, and technology initiatives across logistics environments. You’ll work with WMS solutions, software testing, QA, change management, and release processes. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills will be essential when addressing technical and operational challenges. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with international stakeholders. The position is well suited to a technically experienced logistics professional who enjoys improving systems and delivering reliable solutions.
Accountabilities
- Configure, support, and optimize Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA) across different versions and logistics environments.
- Apply your understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse management systems to support business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to IT implementation projects and development programs involving logistics and supply chain systems.
- Support software change, release, testing, and QA processes to help ensure reliable deployment of new functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of service and operational understanding.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of assigned activities and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in 3PL environments, with exposure to both systems and logistics operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA Dispatcher), including technical configuration across multiple versions.
- Proven experience participating in IT implementation projects and development programs.
- Knowledge of WMS platforms commonly used in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of IT change management and software release processes.
- Experience applying software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- High level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills and a practical understanding of operational needs.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
