Join the RAC as a Specialist Care Advisor and help keep our business members moving by providing expert support when they need us most.
We're looking for Specialist Care Advisors to join our Specialist Care Team based in Bescot. This is a full-time opportunity where you'll play a key role in delivering a responsive, efficient, and member-focused service to our Business Roadside members.
As part of a close-knit team, you'll take ownership of breakdown incidents from first contact through to resolution, working with colleagues and partners across the business to make sure members receive the right support at the right time.
What you'll do
- Deliver professional, cost-effective roadside assistance, handling inbound calls, including E-Calls, and establishing member entitlement.
- Manage breakdown incidents from first contact through to resolution, keeping members updated and supported throughout.
- Use systems including iCad, Notification Centre, and Tranman to provide accurate updates and drive effective outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the right resources are deployed quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to team performance targets while continually developing your product, process, and technical knowledge.

What you'll need
- Experience of RAC Commercial, RTA methodology, Tranman, and related operational systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build confidence and trust with members and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
- A team-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering great service and achieving performance targets.
