Specialist Care Team Leader

42 Weeks per Year | 40 Hours per Week

Be the leader who helps young people with complex disabilities achieve extraordinary outcomes.

At National Star, we believe that disability should never be a barrier to ambition, opportunity or independence.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Lead Facilitator to inspire colleagues, lead shifts, and support young people with complex physical disabilities, learning disabilities and additional support needs to live their best lives.

This is more than a care role. You'll be a role model, coach, mentor and advocate, helping create an environment where both students and colleagues can thrive.

Why join us?

  • Stable 40-hour contract over 42 weeks a year
  • Opportunity to lead and develop a team
  • Work alongside therapists, clinicians, tutors and specialist professionals
  • Extensive training and career development opportunities
  • Make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with disabilities
  • Be part of an organisation driven by inclusion, respect and empowerment

What you'll be doing

As a Lead Facilitator, you'll support the day-to-day running of a residential area while providing outstanding care and learning support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
