Specialist Cleaning Operative
Hours: 40hrs Sunday to Thursday (day shift) 7-15:30
Join a world-leading facilities management company with exceptional career progression opportunities. We're seeking a customer-focused Cleaning Operative for our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in manufacturing facility
- Perform cleaning tasks around production equipment
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Support team operations
- Respond to cleaning requirements that minimize operational disruption
Essential Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow established health & safety procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to complete confined space training and other safety certifications which will be essential part of the role
- Physical stamina for demanding cleaning tasks
Desirable:
- BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent professional certification
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Based: On our client site at Rolls-Royce, Filton, Bristol BS34
