About the Role
The Specialist, Clients and Markets is responsible for supporting acquisition and integration activity across Europe, with a particular focus on data handling and systems integration.
The role will coordinate the collection, validation, preparation, and transfer of acquired-company data into Ryan systems, including Salesforce. The Specialist will work with European stakeholders, acquired-company contacts, and the US-based integration manager to track activities, resolve data issues, monitor deadlines, and ensure integration requirements are completed accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will initially support an incoming European acquisition and progressively develop ownership of the European integration workstream.
Duties and Responsibilities
People:
- Create a positive and collaborative team member experience.
- Build effective working relationships with European stakeholders, the US-based integration manager and acquired-company contacts.
- Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project status, action items, deadlines and outstanding requirements.
- Seek guidance when required and escalate risks or blockers at the appropriate time.
- Develop the knowledge and confidence required to take increasing ownership of the European integration workstream.
- Support colleagues by maintaining accurate, accessible, and up-to-date integration information.
Client:
- Support the successful operational integration of acquired companies into Ryan.
- Coordinate the collection of data required from acquired companies and internal stakeholders.
- Help ensure that acquired-company information is transferred accurately into Salesforce and other relevant Ryan systems.
- Monitor the completeness, consistency and quality of data received during the integration process.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing, incomplete or inconsistent information.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling company, client, contact and other commercially sensitive data.
- Support meetings related to acquisitions and integrations by preparing information, recording decisions and documenting actions.
- Maintain clear records of stakeholder requirements, system dependencies and outstanding data issues.

Value:
- Coordinate assigned acquisition and integration activities across the European workstream.
- Maintain project trackers covering actions, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks and deadlines.
- Ensure that commitments, decisions and action items are accurately captured and followed through to completion.
- Support the preparation, validation and organisation of data before it is uploaded or transferred into internal systems.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate Salesforce data integration activities.
- Identify data-quality issues and ensure they are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Provide regular and accurate progress updates to the US-based integration manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Take increasing ownership of the European integration process as knowledge and experience develop.
- Identify opportunities to improve the consistency and efficiency of recurring integration activities.
- Explore appropriate uses of AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work, while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality and appropriate oversight.
- Document processes and contribute to the development of repeatable integration procedures.
- Perform other acquisition, integration and data-coordination duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Zero to three years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience may include internships, placements or entry-level work in:
- Data operations
- Project coordination
- CRM administration or support
- Systems implementation
- Business operations
- Acquisition or integration support
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data are essential.
- Ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines and follow up across multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to learn acquisition processes, Salesforce and internal systems on the job.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while recognising when support or escalation is required.
- Experience handling confidential or proprietary information preferred.
- Interest in process improvement, AI or automation is advantageous.
- Previous acquisition, integration or Salesforce experience is beneficial but not essential.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured data.
- Ability to learn Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Ability to enter, review, organise and validate data accurately.
- Ability to use digital project trackers and collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems preferred.
Certificates and Licenses
- Valid driver’s license required.
