Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible and accountable for the operational caseload management of a 0-5yrs universal or targeted caseload and the delivery of high-quality programmes of care to infants, children and their families using a multidisciplinary approach
- Deliver the 0-5yrs Healthy Child Programme Public Health Nursing
- Engage in meaningful research, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based practices
- Be a part of shaping the future of our integrated service by developing new initiatives that respond to the needs of our community
- Work in a supportive team atmosphere, where creativity and collaboration thrive
