Specialist Conveyancer
Location: UK Wide (Remote Considered)
Salary: £50,000+ DOE
Fully Remote or Hybrid Available
This is a genuinely unique opportunity for an experienced property lawyer or corporate finance specialist looking to work on complex, high-value investment property transactions.
Unlike a traditional conveyancing role, this position focuses on the funding and corporate structure behind sophisticated property investments, working with experienced investors, developers, and portfolio landlords.
For the right candidate, fully remote working is available.
The Role
You'll advise on matters including:
- Buy-to-let portfolios
- Property investment transactions
- Bridging finance
- Commercial lending
- Corporate borrowing structures
- Company purchases of residential property
- Director loans
- Property refinancing
- Complex investment transactions

This role can be tailored depending on your background.
If you have strong experience in corporate finance, banking, or secured lending but limited conveyancing exposure, full support will be provided around the residential property elements.
Likewise, experienced conveyancers with exposure to investment property finance are encouraged to apply.
