Role: Assistant eCommerce Trading Manager – Dropship

Contract: Fixed Term - May 2028

Shift pattern: Full time on site

Location: Nottingham

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding and delivering the dropship pipeline, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Supporting the eCommerce manager in implementing strategic directions for new categories online.
  • Collaborating with trading teams to drive performance and develop new opportunities.
  • Working cross-functionally to optimise new categories and brands.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and holding them accountable for dropship KPIs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE (OUR MUST-HAVES)

  • Experience in digital or trading, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier and third-party relationships effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • A data-driven approach, using insights to inform customer and site actions.
