Job Description
- Analyse healthcare, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment.
- Partner with data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision-making.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
- Document analytical methodologies, processes, and data governance practices to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and provide timely reporting support to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
- Strong experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
