The Holistic Psychiatry Clinic is looking for an experienced Independent Prescriber / Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our clinical team as a part-time, remote associate.

The role will primarily involve supporting existing clinic patients who are reducing or tapering psychiatric medication as part of a psychiatrist-led treatment plan.

Deprescribing can be a complex and highly individual process. We are looking for a practitioner who can provide careful ongoing monitoring and continuity of care, recognise potential withdrawal effects or clinical deterioration, and work collaboratively with our psychiatrists throughout a patient's treatment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up consultations with existing clinic patients
  • Support patients undertaking psychiatric medication tapering and withdrawal
  • Monitor patient progress, response to medication changes and potential withdrawal effects
  • Prescribe and adjust medication within agreed clinical pathways and your professional scope of competence
  • Maintain clear and appropriate clinical documentation
  • Recognise when clinical discussion or escalation to the supervising psychiatrist is required
  • Work collaboratively with our psychiatrists and wider clinical team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
