Ingredion is seeking an Specialist, Digital Enablement (Go-To-Market) for the EMEA region who will be responsible for driving the development, adoption and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, pricing, and quotation tool (CPQ), sales analytics, new digital sales and commercial tools including AI powered, ecommerce and performance enhancements within the GTM organization.
This role will work closely with the Go-To-Market(GTM) teams in the EMEA region to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and provide training and support to ensure the effective use of these tools. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing a digital enablement roadmap for the EMEA region in support of the above-listed scope.
This role reports to the Director, Digital Sales Channel & CX EMEA
What you will do
- Develop Digital Enablement Plan: Create and maintain the EMEA digital enablement plan, align with global and regional stakeholders, and track progress and outcomes.
- Manage and Improve Tools, Processes, and Practices: Assess digital GTM capabilities, prioritize improvement initiatives, recommend new solutions, and drive adoption of Salesforce, CPQ, Sales Analytics, ecommerce, and related commercial tools through training and support.
- Drive Analytics: Monitor tool usage, identify trends and opportunities, and develop reporting frameworks to support continuous improvement.
- Align to Best Practices: Promote digital ways of working, support customer engagement through digital tools, contribute to the future GTM strategy, and stay current with CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, Sales Analytics, and AI developments.
- Be a Solution Provider: Understand customer needs, identify pain points, and help develop value driven solutions.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Build effective cross functional partnerships, support integration of commercial tools and processes, participate in global CRM governance, and coordinate with supply chain and other key functions.

What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business and/or business technology focused discipline.
- Experience with Data Analytics, Salesforce, CRM and other related sales and commercial processes.
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving, and skilled with data management.
- Experience in Go-To-Market(GTM) or GTM enablement-related activities in the EMEA region is a plus.
- Salesforce certification is a plus (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Ability to prioritize and develop business propositions that translate into actionable initiatives.
- Experience in data analytics and translation data into business value.
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects with corresponding change management.
