All Age Eating Disorder Service- East

Overview

Are you passionate about helping individuals experiencing eating disorders recover and discover their potential? We are seeking someone with a caring, compassionate nature, who is innovative, creative, flexible, and highly motivated. Join our forward-thinking service and become part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing assessment and treatment to children and adult service users and their families/carers.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake specialist assessment, therapeutic work, and physical health care for people presenting with an eating disorder within the East locality.
  • Collaborate with a team that includes psychological professionals, nurses, dietitians, and a consultant clinical psychologist/clinical lead.
  • Develop knowledge and skills in the field of eating disorders with a strong desire to help service users and families.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Existing experience in eating disorders across the age range is desirable but not essential.
  • A keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this field.
