About the Role
This rewarding role offers the chance to support and inspire children and young people with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and additional educational needs. As a Specialist Education & Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Support and inspire children and young people with learning difficulties, disabilities, and additional educational needs.
- Help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Provide tailored support to students both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist with personalized learning activities and implementing individual support plans.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional wellbeing.
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and other education professionals to ensure every student receives the care and support they need.
