About the Role

This rewarding role offers the chance to support and inspire children and young people with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and additional educational needs. As a Specialist Education & Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Support and inspire children and young people with learning difficulties, disabilities, and additional educational needs.
  • Help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Provide tailored support to students both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist with personalized learning activities and implementing individual support plans.
  • Encourage positive social interactions and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work alongside teachers, therapists, and other education professionals to ensure every student receives the care and support they need.
