About the Role
As a Specialist Education & Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, social, emotional and mental health needs, and learning difficulties. Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals, you will help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every student can flourish.
