Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Specialist Ford Vehicle Technician to join our successful Aftersales Team.

About The Role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards, while delivering the high-quality workmanship our customers expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
- Warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
- Accurate completion of job cards and manufacturer documentation
- Working closely with the Ford Team Leader and Parts Department
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification, or equivalent
- Previous Ford dealership or specialist Ford experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience using Ford diagnostic systems preferred
- EV/Hybrid qualifications desirable, but not essential
- MOT Tester qualification advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am–5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break
- Saturday: 8:00am–1:00pm on a rota basis
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
