Nike's Entertainment and Energy Partnerships Team
Nike's Entertainment and Energy Partnerships team sits at the intersection of sport, culture, and creativity, building authentic relationships that shape how the brand shows up in the world. As the Entertainment and Celebrity Partnerships Specialist, you'll help define and grow Nike's influence across key cultural communities, shaping strategic partnerships with talent, creators, and cultural leaders. This role plays a critical part in connecting cultural insight, brand strategy, and business impact.
Who You'll Work With
Based in London, you'll manage relationships with entertainers across music, film, TV, fashion, style and creators helping strengthen Nike's connection to culture across the UK with a focus on London.
Part of the Global Entertainment and Energy Partnerships function, you'll report to the Senior Director and operate within a Global Centre of Excellence. You'll work closely with Nike's City, Geo, and Global teams, partnering cross-functionally with Sport Brand Management and Sports Marketing to bring brand plans to life through meaningful cultural relationships and partnerships
A Brand Guardian
A brand guardian with a high level of curiosity, connected and active participants in various communities within the city. The ability to identify unique opportunities to take risks, expand perception, celebrate brand values, accelerate the business and advance the notion of sport and culture through thought provoking intersections the entertainment ecosystem. A specialist who is willing to push the boundaries to incubate, test and build new space for Nike and sport, when others may not see the opportunity. You will contribute to the start of a chain reaction culturally.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a talented relationship-focused specialist with a deep passion for lifestyle across the UK and the African diaspora. You're culturally curious, connected and have a deep understanding of youth culture and the communities shaping it across the UK with a focus on London, Manchester and Liverpool.
You excel at building authentic relationships with talent and cultural leaders, identifying opportunities that strengthen Nike's presence, influence, and impact within culture.
You'll Bring:
- Relationship Management experience building and managing partnerships with cultural leaders, talent, and influential voices across entertainment, fashion, art, design, and youth culture.
- Cultural Expertise with a deep understanding of music, film, television, streaming, style, creators, subcultures, and the communities shaping culture across Europe and the African diaspora.
- Teamwork & Influence with the ability to work collaboratively, build alignment, and drive strategic initiatives across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills that enable effective partnership with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Cultural Curiosity with the ability to identify and translate emerging cultural insights into breakthrough Culture x Nike opportunities.
What You'll Work On
The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, requiring adaptability, influence, and collaboration. You'll work across teams and disciplines to deliver meaningful outcomes for the brand.

- Build and maintain a strong network and portfolio of talent to maintain and accelerate Nike’s relevant in youth culture and energize the brand, providing outstanding service to these relationships
- Identify new and innovative opportunities for Nike within the cultural landscape
- Expand Nike’s reach, presence and visibility within insight led subcultures for the teen athlete
- Oversee all aspects of these relationships and their projects end to end, including serving as the primary point of contact on all communications
- Gather structured and continuous insights from the talent to allow us to better serve their needs and input into strategic planning, marketing plans and overall management of projects. This includes gathering insights from talent related to their product preferences to inform our seeding approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution into our brand campaigns and any talent generated content deliverables
- Actively keep a pulse on emerging talent and trends through various channels e.g TikTok, Instagram
- Where product creation is included in the partnership plan, stay in lockstep with product teams to ensure all projects are tracking in the right direction
