WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

London, isn’t just a market. It’s a global stage. A proving ground. A disruptor for youth, sport and culture that shapes the world. And this role sits right at the centre of it.

As an EKIN, you will become the face, voice and heart of Nike. Your passion for sport will be your guide. You will serve the Nike Sport Marketplace by educating and energising retail associates and sport communities through memorable experiences. You will leverage your expertise to serve athletes* and help them solve their problems. You will be the eyes and ears of Nike, observing and listening to the voice of athletes* and sharing those observations with Nike teammates. You will play a key role in bringing Nike's Mission to life every day.

In this role, you will be field-based within the UK and Ireland marketplace. You will work fluidly across the London UK & Ireland Marketing team and with cross-functional partners to bring Nike's Running vision to life for consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners, running communities, and brand marketing teams at both London UK&I and EMEA level. You will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest strategies, product innovations and best practices.

You will report directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN London UK & Ireland. No two days will be the same. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and your approach will need to adapt accordingly. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, sound judgement and the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse set of partners and communities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
