Are you ready to help shape the future of Nike’s integrated retail marketplace in the UK&I and connect with the next generation of consumers?
As a Integrated Retail Marketing Specialist II, you’ll support the execution of Nike’s brand presence across a portfolio of Nike Direct stores in the UK & Ireland, with London at the centre of it all.
You’ll contribute to bringing Nike’s sport stories and seasonal marketing plans to life, championing creativity, innovation, and meaningful consumer engagement. By supporting strong brand representation across our owned doors, you’ll help ensure Nike continues to stand out in one of the world’s most vibrant and influential markets.
Based in London, you’ll be a key member of the UK & Ireland Integrated Retail Marketing team, where sport, culture and community meet, and report directly into the Integrated Retail Marketing Manager (Nike Direct).
Your Mission
- Support the development and execution of the UK&I owned doors marketing vision and seasonal plans in alignment with Nike’s key sports.
- Ensure Nike’s Brand Standards are consistently represented across Nike Direct touchpoints through strong support, collaboration and execution.
- Assist in seasonal planning whilst owning campaign activation and execution across key sporting moments, athlete stories, and cultural opportunities tailoring delivery to meet the needs of each location/cities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, store teams, agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Support key owned doors in bringing Nike marketing plans to life with distinction, ensuring consumer experiences are elevated through a full marketing mix including Retail, Digital, Social, Media, IRL Activations, Athletes, Entertainment and Communities.
- Stay close to the consumer and retail environment, gathering insights and sharing observations that help inform future planning and opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture by bringing energy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Build a robust understanding of the sport landscape across entire owned marketplace season-on-season.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with the Integrated Retail Marketing team, working alongside Sport Brand teams and cross-functional retail partners. You’ll also connect with Comms, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, and Brand Creative teams to help deliver cohesive and elevated plans.
You’ll stay connected with the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and at times support work with Global partners to ensure alignment and consistency.

What you will bring
- Foundational experience in brand, retail, or marketing roles, with an understanding of how to support cross-functional marketing execution
- Foundational experience working with UK&I owned doors, with an understanding of how to bring to life marketing campaigns with distinction across different locations/cities.
- A strong interest in the UK&I consumer landscape and the ability to translate insights into meaningful recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external partners, building positive relationships that support successful outcomes.
- Comfort working with data, insights, and cultural trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Energy, empathy, and curiosity, always seeking ways to elevate the consumer experience and support Nike’s marketplace growth.
- Passion for sport and a genuine connection to at least one of our key sport dimensions including Football, Running, Training and Lifestyle.
