Join Our Global IT Team

Are you passionate about technology, customer service, and solving problems? Join a dynamic and collaborative Global IT Team supporting Associates across Hollister and Fittleworth Medical. Reporting to an onsite IT Supervisor, you'll work alongside experienced IT professionals worldwide, delivering high-quality support while gaining exposure to diverse technologies, global projects, and continuous learning opportunities.

This is more than a traditional IT Support role. You'll combine hands-on technical support, business engagement, project participation, and service improvement initiatives while building strong relationships across the organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and end-user technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain IT equipment and services.
  • Collaborate with local and global IT teams on projects and operational improvements.
  • Maintain IT asset and service management records.
  • Drive service improvements that enhance the associate experience.
  • Participate in an on-call support rota and occasional out-of-hours project work.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 - 5 years IT experience with IT-related degree.
  • 5+ years IT experience in similar role without IT related degree.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco or similar certifications are advantageous but not essential.

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience or other legitimate business factors)
