Job Description
About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic HCPC registered Physiotherapist to provide clinical and non-clinical leadership within our MSK physiotherapy service.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and non-clinical leadership within our MSK physiotherapy service.
- Carry a clinical caseload at specialist level.
- Be actively involved in influencing and implementing outpatient musculoskeletal clinical/operational development.
- Receive support in this role from the operational and clinical lead therapists.
- Provide clinical leadership to the local team and contribute to the priorities of the wider MSK Physiotherapy team.
- Be based at various sites within the Fife wide MSK Physiotherapy service.
- Flexible to travel around the Fife area as required.
- Have an excellent knowledge base regarding the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Have previous experience at band 5 or specialist level.
- Have experience of teaching and/or supervising less experienced staff, students, and Healthcare Support Workers.
- Be motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a willingness to be an active team player.

Requirements
- Excellent knowledge base regarding the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Previous experience at band 5 or specialist level.
- Experience of teaching and/or supervising less experienced staff, students, and Healthcare Support Workers.
- Motivated, excellent communication skills, and willingness to be an active team player.
