Job Opportunity

We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious individual to join our musculoskeletal team. If you’re the type of health professional who truly has the patient at the heart of everything you do and you want to work in a Trust that shares your values and is going places, then this might just be the perfect role for you.

Services Locations

Services are based in the Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Queen Victoria Centre, Morecambe. We also work closely with our GP colleagues as part of the Trust's Physiotherapy Triage Service based within the local surgeries.

Interview Process

Due to the format of the interview process physical attendance at the assessment centre is required. There will not be an option for a teams remote interview.

Development Opportunities

As a Trust we actively support you to develop your knowledge and skills via our Annual Development Review programme. You will also have the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced Specialist and Advanced Physiotherapists through the in-service training programme and there is support for external courses.

Role Requirements

We welcome applications from qualified physiotherapists with musculoskeletal experience and a valid HCPC registration. You may be working as an experienced band 5 and looking for an opportunity to progress in this specialty. We can support you to develop into this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
