Join our dynamic People & Values team and play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and delivering exceptional employee experiences. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with a passion for people, processes, and performance.
Your Background
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, people systems, or people analytics
- Strong systems thinking and a passion for process improvement and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Experience with HR systems such as HiBob, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Ivanti is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and comfortable learning new tools and technologies

- Contribute to building a client-obsessed People & Values Centre of Excellence by assessing current-state processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, employee experience and onboarding
- Partner with the team to implement automation and leverage AI to reduce manual work and improve scalability
- Support and contribute to the People & Values Operations strategy and roadmap
- Develop People & Values Knowledge Management Strategy, roll out with clear guidelines and ensure adoption and upkeep
- Uphold and embed company values and leadership principles across People & Values operations
- Provide project management support for special People & Values operations projects and initiatives as required
Process, Systems & Governance
- Administer and maintain People systems (including HRIS platforms such as HiBob), ensuring data integrity and effective system use
- Own and continuously improve core People & Values workflows across the employee journey map (e.g., onboarding, job changes, offboarding)
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation, including administrative guides and desktop procedures
- Support system enhancements and adoption of new tools to improve operational efficiency
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of People & Values policies across geographies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices

Contingent Workforce, Contract Management and Onboarding (40%)
- Develop a contingent workforce strategy, document the processes, rollout and communicate to key stakeholders, maintain and re-evaluate and adjust as required
- Own end-to-end contract management for freelance and contingent workers, including agreements, extensions, and tracking
- Ensure contractor processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with internal systems
- Act as liaison between hiring teams, legal, and finance for contract-related workflows
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders to support a smooth onboarding experience for the contingent workforce
- Support improvements in recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance overall candidate experience
