£49,387 – £56,515 per annum (pro rata)

The role
As a Specialist Pharmacist, you'll provide expert clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation services as a core member of the inpatient multidisciplinary team, helping ensure patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.

You'll:
- Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services to inpatient mental health wards
- Provide expert medicines optimisation advice to patients and clinical teams
- Support multidisciplinary decision-making with evidence-based pharmacotherapy advice
- Contribute to medicines education and training for patients and healthcare professionals
- Help develop the Trust's new in-house Pharmacy Hub and medicines supply service
- Participate in the pharmacy on-call advice service with senior support available

What we're looking for
We're seeking a pharmacist who has:

- GPhC registration and a Pharmacy degree (or recognised equivalent)
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills
- Experience working alongside a range of healthcare professionals
- Strong clinical judgement and an interest in mental health pharmacy
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to improving patient care
