Immunology and Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join the Medicines Effectiveness team as an Immunology and Clinical Commissioning Pharmacist on a 10-month secondment. The post will provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services, contribute to immunoglobulin programme work and support commissioning activities across the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a highly specialised area of pharmacy practice while supporting delivery of key service priorities during the temporary secondment of the substantive post holder.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist pharmacy support to Immunology services at OUH
- Support commissioning-related activities during a 10-month secondment cover period
- Support immunoglobulin services
- Maintain the immunoglobulin database programme
- Provide specialist medicines advice
- Contribute to service development initiatives
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and commissioners to ensure high-quality patient care and effective use of specialised medicines
