Exciting Opportunity for a Physiotherapist at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to work at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NSECH). The successful applicant will be rostered to work, Monday to Friday (3.75 hours per day), working into the Emergency Department and acute wards at NSECH.
Key Requirements
- Weekend working requirement: 1 day every 6 weeks + one Bank Holiday per year.
- Participation in the respiratory on-call service at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care hospital.
- Desirable: Valid driving licence and either a car owner or a Trust personal lease vehicle for work purposes. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for disabled applicants.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience at Band 5 Physiotherapist or higher in the core areas of practice: Orthopaedics/MSK, Neurology/Elderly care, and Respiratory.
- Excellent communication skills with both the multidisciplinary team and peers.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
