Specialist Physiotherapist MSK Band 6

We have a full-time band 6 vacancy at Brookfields Hospital in Cambridge and the Princess of Wales Hospital in Ely. This post will require working at both sites.

We are looking for a clinician who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, likes working in a team, and wants to provide the best they can to their patients. You will receive regular mentorship and clinical supervision to ensure that you maximize your personal potential within our team.

The applicant should have substantial post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal outpatients.

To assist in the management of the day-to-day clinical and administrative services of the team to ensure that a proficient and effective service is provided to all patients.

• To undertake advanced assessment and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems that may have complex and/or chronic presentations and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
• To undertake clinical duties in a number of ways which may include face-to-face consultations, virtual consultations, and group settings.
• Specialist assessment and treatment of patients as part of the multidisciplinary team, working towards maintaining a high standard of service in designated areas, independently responsible for own caseload and area of responsibility. Responsible for managing, prioritizing, and delegating this clinical caseload.
