If you’re an MRI Radiographer who is passionate about delivering outstanding imaging and putting patients at the heart of everything you do, this role offers the opportunity to truly make an impact. At Spire Cardiff Hospital, you’ll be a key part of our diagnostic team, using your MRI expertise alongside general X-ray skills to support a diverse range of clinical services. Your work will play a vital role in enabling accurate diagnoses, supporting clinical decisions, and enhancing the overall patient experience within a high-quality private healthcare environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations to a high standard, following clinical protocols and MRI safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, MRI safety and governance standards
- Undertake general X-ray imaging as required to support wider service delivery
- Produce clear, accurate diagnostic images to aid clinical decision-making
- Provide a professional, compassionate and reassuring experience for every patient
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to continuous service improvement
Who we’re looking for
- HCPC-registered Radiographer with no restrictions
- Experience in MRI, with confidence working independently
- Experience or willingness to support general X-ray services
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach
- A proactive team player committed to clinical excellence and development

Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Sunday shifts between 08:00–20:30, including on-call
