We’re entering an exciting period of expansion and are now looking for an experienced Recruiter specialising in Technology (Perm or Contract) to join our team based in our modern offices on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk borders. This is a high-impact opportunity with real autonomy, career growth, and the potential to build a team as your desk develops.
The Opportunity
You’ll collaborate closely with our UK leadership and international teams to develop our Technology Recruitment offerings across the UK and Europe. You’ll have access to 24 years of client relationships, established warm accounts, and business development support to help you grow a thriving desk.

You’ll:
- Build and grow a portfolio within Technology recruitment (Perm or Contract)
- Own both client and candidate relationships across mid–senior level appointments
- Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Build your reputation as a trusted specialist in your chosen vertical
- Progress quickly, with a clear pathway to leadership
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of their market and thrive in a results-driven, supportive environment.
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in agency-based Technology Recruitment
- Proven 360 experience and a track record of success
- Perm or Contract focus
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- Integrity, energy, and a genuine passion for tech and people
- The confidence to build lasting relationships and drive growth
