Job Description: Specialist Remediation Technician/Advanced Technician (depending upon experience)
Location: Field-based (Scotland & UK-wide)
Position Type: Full-Time (May require overnight travel)

About the Role
Join a specialist team dedicated to creating safer, healthier indoor environments. We are an emerging leader in the treatment of mould, damp, and indoor contamination. This isn't just a job; it's a technical role where you will learn to identify building defects, address root causes, and install advanced preventative solutions against mould, bacteria and viruses.
Full training will be provided and you do not need to have any previous experience for Technician role, just have an eagerness to learn, self-develop and promote excellent customer care. Some of this work may be in confined spaces and a good level of fitness is required. Advanced Technicians will bring related previous experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting onsite remediation of mould-damaged properties.
- Installing specialist products to improve indoor air quality and prevent contamination.
- Identifying damp and mould building defects and implementing provided technical solutions.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism while working in residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Attributes: A strong "growth mindset" and a genuine eagerness to learn new, niche skills.
- Physicality: Good level of fitness (work involves physical labour and occasionally confined spaces).
- Travel: Must have a clean UK driving licence and be fully flexible for UK-wide travel, including overnight stays.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a conscientious, presentable manner.

Salary
- Technician £14.50 p/hr
- Advanced Technician £16.00 p/hr Overtime and Nightshift payments where appropriate.
Company vehicle will be provided.
