Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant – Acquisitions, you’ll turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings across two of our specialist brands: Menorca Private Owners and Sitges Hills Villas.
You’ll manage customers from initial enquiry through to booking, using your property and destination knowledge to make confident recommendations, proactively following up opportunities and working towards individual and team sales targets.
You’ll work across both English and Spanish and build strong relationships with customers, homeowners and property managers. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role for someone who enjoys closing sales, taking ownership and managing different priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage villa enquiries across phone, email, live chat and relevant booking platforms.
- Understand customers’ requirements, preferences and budgets and recommend suitable properties.
- Develop strong knowledge of the Menorca and Sitges portfolios and destinations to provide expert, personalised advice.
- Manage customers from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
- Proactively follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline to maximise conversion.
- Identify opportunities to increase booking value and revenue.
- Liaise with homeowners and property managers on availability, pricing and special requests.
- Communicate confidently with customers and partners in both Spanish and English.
- Work towards individual and team KPIs, conversion rates and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information across relevant systems.
- Work effectively across both Menorca Private Owners and Sitges Hills Villas, prioritising competing requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the acquired businesses and Oliver’s Travels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Menorca Private Owners, Sitges Hills Villas and Oliver’s Travels to a consistently high standard.

Required Experience & Skills
We care more about your potential and attitude than having years of experience. You’ll need:
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to customers and property owners on the phone.
- A commercial mindset and genuine motivation to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Confidence working towards targets, KPIs and incentives.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to switch between two portfolios.
- The ability to understand customer requirements and confidently recommend appropriate options.
- Confidence using, or learning, CRM systems, booking platforms and other sales tools.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or another customer-facing role.
- Experience within travel, hospitality or a similar industry.
- Experience working with villa rentals, holiday accommodation or property owners.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.

Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working five days per week, 7.5 hours per day, on a rota between 8am and 7pm Monday to Sunday, including weekend shifts.
