The Role
This is an entry-level role to be part of the Sales Enablement Team, working within the Sales Administration function based in our Weybridge office. Successful candidate will report into the Sales Administration Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of Sales Admin (Trade & Internal) working to processes with agreed SLA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the EMEA Royal Sales Support inbox
- Co-manage the dual branded support inbox (Royal & Celebrity)
- Creation of Business Partnership Agreements
- Create and update Profiles in the AS400 internal system
- Create Sales and Pricing Guides for internal & external use
- Provide day-to-day support to FST
- Assist in building company events plus attend as required
- Administrate the Ship Visit process, from invitation to FVR
- Provide support on Cruising Power/Automation inbox and queries
- To liaise with Call Centre on any resolution trade enquiries
- To provide Club Royal support for approvals, escalations and queries on Accounts
- Auditing support for general booking claims
- Salesforce Support for Account updates
- Invoice uploads for coop marketing
- Any additional ad-hoc projects that involve Trade or System Sales Administration

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year working in a sales support function role
- Travel industry experience desired but not essential
- Troubleshooting skills required to support Trade Partner issues across Trade Platforms
- Required to learn internal systems
- Provide customer service support to enquiries
- Sales Force knowledge advantageous
