Specialist II, Client Documentation
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist II, Client Documentation to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct oversight of work processed in our operational processing centers to ensure all client service standards are met/exceeded. This work may include managing change, records maintenance, payments, reconciliation of invoices, and other processes for Transfer Agency
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents and analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, owning the review and maintenance of relevant procedures with our print vendor.
- Support the operations manager with daily workflow management, training, and development within the team, and participate in periodic reviews and audits with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all work is processed in line with clients’ regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty as applicable

Requirements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role. A bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required.
- Experience in a financial services operational area and/or oversight preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and data mapping experience preferred
- VBA knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred.
