About The Team
Specialist Solutions Architects (SSA) are domain experts aligned to specific Stripe solutions and customer buying centers. We have in-depth knowledge of specific solution offerings and a deep understanding of customer challenges. We align with specialist product sellers on deals, advise the broader pre-sales team on complex opportunities, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, serve as an advisor on go-to-market sales plays, and provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while also educating the product and engineering teams on market trends and strongly influencing the product roadmap
- Develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripe's solution offerings with new and existing customers
- As a subject matter expert, scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities
- As a Specialist Solutions Architect for Crypto and Stablecoins, lead in-depth product discussions with Stripe's top users and prospects and execute against our go-to-market strategy for Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products, including Bridge and Privy
- Serve as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders—CTOs, CFOs, Heads of Digital Assets, and Treasury teams—helping them understand how stablecoin infrastructure can power faster, cheaper, and more programmable money movement globally

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products—including Bridge and Privy—to accelerate opportunities globally
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital asset infrastructure, stablecoin protocols, blockchain networks, and crypto payment solutions
- Understand the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements for crypto and stablecoin implementations across jurisdictions (MiCA, US regulatory landscape, and beyond)
- Define, share, and learn best practices and reusable assets with the broader GTM organization to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Create reference architectures to uplevel the team and refine reference solutions based on product enhancements and customer feedback
- Partner closely with the crypto product sales team on Stripe's largest crypto opportunities, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships
- Partner closely with the Bridge and Privy product teams to get early exposure to new products and features
- Serve as a "Voice of the Customer" internally to drive product and feature request prioritization
- Identify and summarize trends in the stablecoin and digital asset ecosystem, and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales
- Act as an escalation point to drive complex technical issues to resolution with Stripe's engineering team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation in the digital asset space
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows focused on crypto and blockchain technology

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of technical sales or solutions engineering experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or blockchain technology implementations
- Deep understanding of stablecoin protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and crypto payment infrastructure
- Experience with blockchain APIs and integrating digital asset solutions into traditional financial systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing digital assets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex crypto concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns, with the ability to understand how blockchain technologies and traditional financial systems interact
- Experience enabling and scaling a GTM team in the crypto or fintech space
- Experience with traditional payment systems and how they integrate with crypto infrastructure
- Background in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody solutions
- Experience in systems design, with a background building and deploying complex crypto applications
- Understanding of cross-border payments and international money movement regulations
