You’ll support people with communication and swallowing needs, helping them live more independently.
You’ll work as part of a skilled speech and language therapy team delivering care across a range of community settings. This includes multi-disciplinary stroke services, clinics, home visits, and a specialist outpatient videofluoroscopy service. Your work will make a real difference to people recovering from illness or living with long-term conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Provide adult speech and language therapy across community and clinic settings
- Support people with dysphagia and communication needs
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including stroke services
- Deliver care through clinics, home visits, and specialist outpatient services
- Contribute to person-centred care plans and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Speech and Language Therapist, or working towards registration
- Interest or experience in dysphagia and communication support
- Willingness to learn across areas such as stroke, frailty, and neurodegenerative conditions
- Ability to work well in a team and across different settings
- A commitment to ongoing learning, with support from senior clinicians
