The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently but equally effective as part of a wider team, building positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, customers and external stakeholders. You'll have a professional and customer-focused attitude.

Experience within social housing, stock condition surveying, housing disrepair, planned investment programmes, compliance surveying, acquisition surveys or asset management would be highly desirable. Professional membership of the RICS, or a commitment to achieving Chartered or Associate status, would also be welcomed. Membership of CIOB is desirable.
