Job Description

About the Role

As Specialist, Technical Analyst, you will activate and integrate partner technologies within McLaren Racing. You will deliver defined technology integrations, support product outcomes and translate technical capabilities into authentic narratives that strengthen joint marketing positioning.

Working across the technology partner ecosystem, you will collaborate with partners, end users, and internal teams to onboard technology in line with contractual obligations and established technical, security, and operational standards. You will analyse business processes and existing technology use, clarify requirements, and recommend practical solutions, escalating risks or complexity where appropriate.

You will coordinate implementation plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements. This includes supporting technical workshops, testing, implementation readiness, training, and post-implementation reviews. You will document assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, assess available options, and provide clear recommendations.

You will maintain assigned product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring priorities reflect business strategy, user needs, and operational objectives. You will take responsibility for agreed deliverables and measure implementation, adoption, business value, and contribution to partnership performance. Through stakeholder engagement, you will support prioritisation and make considered trade-offs within agreed scope and governance.

What You'll Do

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, accurate narratives that support marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Provide technical insight during partner prospecting and deal development, helping to assess feasibility and storytelling potential.
  • Monitor partner technology deployments against security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical integrations and partner technology usage.
  • Track technical performance and the contribution of activations to marketing and partnership objectives.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partner activations, delivery processes, and the use of emerging technologies.
  • Monitor industry and technology trends, contributing analysis to technology roadmaps and business development activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
